hope you are starting to feel better its a bit of a grind when sick

You ain't kidding. It's hard enough to stay on track when you are feeling good.

So, I've been sick since Monday, and the only thing I've failed at diet-wise was getting in my Chicken/Broccoli meal today, mainly because I'll be asleep during the time I would eat my last meal. I'll be eating a full tub of cottage cheese, some flax oil, fish oil, Novedex XT and Sesamin, then hitting the sack.

On a side note, my balls are huge right now. Don't know why.
 
I'll most likely try to get back to the gym today. I'm still not feeling too great, but better than yesterday. Appetite is down. Hopefully I will be @ 100% tomorrow. I might just change up my leg routine for today. I was thinking instead of my normal routine, do 10 sets of squats, 10 sets of SLDL, and then the hip abduction/adduction.

My CNS is shot. I'm tired. I'm sick. I'll be doing cardio-only from now until Monday. I will start lifting again on Monday, possibly using a different training approach, however, since my strength has been steadily going up each week, I may just keep it the same. My diet will remain solid, and my calories will be lowered when I return to the weights. I haven't taken any time off since when I tore my hamstring in May, and my body is begging for a break from the weights. I have 9 days left on LR.

After I am done with the Leviathan Reloaded, I will be running 75mg of H-drol ED with the E/C/Y stack. I haven't done any type of hormones in over a year.
 
sorry that it is taking so long to recoup, it is a pain. My wife isstruggling for a while now, ever since I got over it. What helped me (not always true for anyone else), I was dropping Vitamin C sucking candies like water.

Two more days (after tonight), and I'll be back in the gym. I'd love to hear some advice from all of you guys on new training methods. I'm currently on a 5-day split, training each muscle group once a week, except traps and calves get trained twice a week. Before this routine, I was training each bodypart twice a week, but with the same amount of sets per bodypart (20 for everything but legs; legs get 28).

I'd love to hear some advice on different training methods. I'm considering a 3x a week full body routine.

Keep in mind that my strength has been steadily increasing on this routine, so if you think I should continue with it, just say so.
 
Back in the gym tomorrow! Can't wait! I feel 100% better and ready to throw around the weight. I actually think being sick helped me drop some fat. I was sweating bullets for four days straight, but still ate my meals so I feel it was actually a good thing.

Alright, my first day back at the weights yesterday was a bit of a dissapointment, but not only had I been sick and feeling weak, but it was a new gym. I just started a new membership at Powerhouse since I will be moving close to there for the next school semester. My bench was down, but I have a feeling that the bar weighed more there than it did at my old gym, since most of my other lifts were about the same. The real test will be when I hit legs on Wednesday. Today will be back.

Weight is down a few pounds. Sitting at about 207. Not sure if it has to do with being sick, missing some meals, dieting or all of the above. Here are yesterday's pathetic lifts...

Chest/Traps
Incline BB Bench Press: 135x26,15, 150x12, 145x10,10,8
Flat DB Press: 60x12,11,10,11
Pec Deck: 110x13,14, 115x14,13
Upright Cable Flies: 45x14,13,12,12
Push Ups: BWx17,12

I've got 8 days or so left.

I'm extremely discouraged about my training this past week. I've hardly gotten anything in. My gym is closed today, so that's another day I have to miss among the many last week. And my diet hasn't been terrible, but it hasn't really been on track like I would like. The holidays and being sick have really messed with everything.

Its tough, the holidays are a killer. Last night I really splurged as my wife really wanted to continue our tradition of very unhealthy foods for NYE (more truthful is hors douvers, cant spell for anything). So I ate like a pig and paid for it today

It's funny, because everytime I have a long break from school I think, "Alright, now is the time to really kick my training up and focus and diet and lifting." When every single time all it does is throw my schedule off and hinder everything.

Looking back right now, I really can't be discouraged in any way. I just made a comparison of my original before picture with my picture from today. Considering I've been sick and have missed almost a week of lifting, things are still going great. I have a little over a week left. I'll be busy moving stuff into my new place, but I'll make sure I keep my training a priority. My new gym is about 1/2 mile from my house. I've still got plenty of time to get ripped up. I'm glad I started cutting when I did. Slow and steady is the way to go.

Damn bro baller a$$ progress on burning fat! Im in the same position ur in bro, ive come a long way despite the holidays and we just gotta keep on truckin, my first fight is in may and i must lose another 15-20 lbs to be completely set. You def kicked it up a notch man congrats!

Weight: 208

Slammed legs today. Strength wasn't down that much even after being sick this last week. I moved pretty slow in the gym today. Took me two hours to do 30 sets. Did 30 mins on the eliptical after that. I'm beat. Thanks for all the compliments on the new pictures.

I have 7 days left on the LR. After that, I will continue my cutting log with H-drol @75mg for 6 weeks, E/C/Y, and possibly Epi/Havoc @ 20mg for 6 weeks with the H-drol.
 
Sorry I haven't updated in so long. I've been moving stuff into my new place, and we don't have internet setup yet. Training is going pretty good at my new gym. Still getting used to the new equipment. Did some posing earlier, and I can see a HUGE difference from when I started. I'm extremely happy with my results while on Leviathan Reloaded.
 
looking great man, so my buddy is taking the lev reloaded the only way i could convince him is i had to buy it myself but hes been on it for about 2 weeks and says he loves it but then i tell him you could be getter better results if you WORKED OUT like we agreed lol. but keep it up man looking great in those comparison photos
 
Alright guys, second to last day on the Leviathan Reloaded. Things have gone great. I'm definitely feeling leaner, jeans are looser, and have energy to spare on a low carb (under 120g a day) diet. I took a couple new pictures this morning that I will be posting up either later today or sometime tomorrow. Sorry I haven't been as detailed as normal, but just starting the new semester and moving new stuff, painting, redoing tile, carpeting, etc. has really kept me busy.

Got in a 30min eliptical session this morning before breakfast. I hit Back/Calves at around 12:30. I have class from 11:00-12:15.

After all of this is done, I will be starting a new log for my 6 week run of H-drol and ECA. Diet will be updated as well. Cheers.
 
Alright, guys. My final day on Leviathan Reloaded was yesterday. The final pictures will be put up later tonight so the guys at PAL can rate myself and Reaper. I feel like I've won either way. Things have gone great. Right now I'm at the computer lab on campus, and internet will be setup at my new place later today. Here's my final review...

Starting weight: 213.5lbs
Ending weight: 205lbs


Time Frame: 4 weeks

Pros: Increased energy, increased focus, enhanced mood, stable appetite, strength increase on calorie deficit

Cons: Headaches in the beginning (ended after a few days), shrinkage for about 3 hours after taking LR (Yohimbene and Caffiene are both vasoconstrictors). Nothing to worry about at all. Essentially, I have no complaints.


Thanks to everyone at PAL for letting me log this product. I had a great run with it, and I will definitely be brand loyal to PAL after trying this.

I will be starting a NEW CUTTING LOG beginning this weekend that will consist of a 6week run of H-drol+ECY with some other basic supplements (HMB, BCAA, BA, Creatine). It will be an exciting cut log for sure. The H-drol will be dosed moderately high (75mg), and may be taken up to 100mg if I feel like the results are too mild at 75mg.

I enjoyed your log. For me, I found that the decrease in your mid-section was by far most pronounced result. Of course, this in turn, made your upper-body look bigger as well. I also noticed improvement in your chest and shoulders. Good job and all the results are definitely well deserved.
