Day 7

This marks a full week of being on Leviathan Reloaded. It has been a good week, with some very good intense workouts. Strength is up on most exercises, and I've been feeling like my body is really in a fully thermogenic state.

30mins on elliptical

It was a good workout. To my suprise, I didn't puke, but I was sure close. Lately, my leg workouts have really been pushing me to the limit even though my strength isn't where it used to be. I tore my hamstring in May running sprints and my leg is finally starting to gain the strength back. I used to rep 315 on squats for 15+ reps.

I'll be posting pictures up tomorrow just to give an update where I am a week into it. I have my last exam for the semester tomorrow at 5:30pm, so I won't be working out until around 8pm. I normally lift in the afternoon around 1pm, but I really want to do good on this exam, so I'll be studying all day. I will probably get 30mins of fasted cardio done in the morning, though, just to clear my head for the rest of the day.
 
Day 8 - Weight: 212.5 ???

Today was an odd day. I woke up around 8am to get in my fasted cardio. I did 30 mins on the elliptical and headed back home for breakfast. I had my last final exam today, so instead of working out in the afternoon, I studied all day up to the exam. I crushed that, and then headed straight to the gym. Todays diet was a little different since I had an odd schedule. I had my normal breakfast, then I ate meal #4 as Meal #2, Meal #5 as Meal #3 (but I replaced the chicken and veggies with salmon and a salad), and then I had my preworkout meal after my exam, but I switched the oatmeal up with a 3/4 scoop of WMS since I didn't want to drive back home to cook the oatmeal. I'm about to get in some tuna right now.

I took the plunge today and tried 2 capsules of LR at one time and I survived...rather well I might add. I seem to have calmed down a little to the yohimbene which is a good thing.

I'm all done with school for this semester, and that means I'll be putting more effort into my weightloss! All I will really be doing this break is sprucing up my poker game (mostly my 7-Stud and Omaha game) and concentrating on losing my fat.

Today will be a little rushed, and I'll probably add in another meal again since I have to stay up a little later than usual. I'll most likely be tossing in a bag of beef jerky between meals #5and #6. I have to deal a poker game that's about an hour from my house. It will probably last until 11:45 or so, which is the time I normally hit the sack.

I just got back from doing some fasted cardio, 30mins on the elliptical. I took my weight again today and I was at 210, and that's on a fully empty stomach right after I dropped a deuce. I took 2 caps of LR again and handled it well. I'm happy that I can now handle a full dose, but bummed that the product won't last as long as I had planned. :(

I'm going to cook up my breakfast right now, get some stuff done around the house for about an hour and a half and then head to the gym once more to train arms/calves.

I'm about to head to the gym again right now. I've just got to fix up my Pre-WO meal. I just had a cup of coffee and feeling like I just re-energized my LR. I'm pretty shakey.

It was a pretty good workout overall. My right tricep was a little fatigued so I had to give myself some aid on the cable kickbacks. I would have liked to do cardio, but I don't really have the time for it today, but I did get some in this morning at least.

I'm not too sure why my weight is going up and down so much, but I'm not too worried about it. It's either muscle or water. As I mentioned earlier this week, my strength is still increasing...gotta love that during a cut!
 
I took a little rest from fasted cardio the last two days. I'm finally done with the school semester, so now I'll be hitting things extra hard. Fasted cardio 4-5x a week, and cardio after all lifting sessions.

After Meal#5 last night, I ended up passing out by accident. I did the "Oh, I won't fall asleep, I'll just lay down for a bit." thing and ended up sleeping until 3am which pissed me off. I was supposed to eat at 11:30pm and then hit the hay after that. So, I ended up eating Meal #6 at 3am.

My weight isn't changing too much at all, but I'm fitting into jeans I couldn't before, so it looks to me like I'm putting on muscle and losing fat. My strength is going up, waist size is going down...that should be proof. I'm starting to look leaner up top, and am feeling great throughout the day.

I'm watching Meet Joe Black and just thinking about how much Leviathan Reloaded kicks ass, and how much it sucks that I got a B- in my MGT class, and wondering why the heck my teacher gave us a B- for our group project when our's was by far the best...

I put some fasted cardio in this morning along with 5 mins on the speed ladder. There was this real attractive older woman in there that I often see in the mornings. She kept looking at me but I can't tell if she was thinking, "I hope he talks to me." or "What a douchebag." I don't know why she would think the ladder, but whatever. I didn't talk to her at all. I'll be going back later to hit chest/traps.

I do tend to have an elevated mood at times. Nothing too crazy, though. I've been getting super tired by the end of the day. I really haven't been loving anything more than my sleep, recently.

Strength was up in the gym again today. I've taken a break from my chicken and broccoli meal and have been having salmon and a salad. Does anyone see a problem with this? I will probably rotate back and forth between the two. Everything else has been the same.

I might throw another supp in the mix. Maybe some bulk 1-carboxy or HMB, ZMA even. Don't really know. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Just something for an extra oomph.

Cute new girl working at the gym in the mornings. She will make it easier for me to get there and do my fasted cardio.

I've been looking leaner up top (shoulders, chest) and am just waiting for the weightloss to mosey on down to my tummy and lower back. Shouldn't be too long.

Just stay strict on the diet man. And keep up the fasted cardio you WILL see changes.

I am finding the same thing, weightloss is on a bit of a lull but clothes are looser in the right places

This isn't a problem to me at all. Obviously we are doing something right. If my strength is going up, my weight is staying the same, and my pants fit looser, it can only mean one thing... Adding muscle, dropping fat. :thumbsup:

Maybe I've finally found the right diet for me.
 
Had a great workout today. Got sick in the middle of it, and had to lie down on the flat bench to catch my breath so I wouldn't puke. Squat was up a few reps from last week, as was the HS V-Squat. Put 30 mins of fasted cardio in in the morning, and another 30mins after lifting.

New pics will be up today or tomorrow. I have to get some new batteries for my camera first. Today marks 2 weeks on LR.

I'm really enjoying the mental clarity and alertness it has been giving me. I've been working up a good sweat during low intensity cardio. Strength is up, waist is going down in size.

I'm getting a little bit of acne on my back that I'm guessing is from the Trib. Don't really care, though. It's not horrible. Sometimes I get a little sick during my workouts, but I'm not sure if it has to do with the LR or not.

As I mentioned before, the mental alertness is great. It's really been helping with my poker game on staying focused. I was helping a friend out with his game last night and made a pretty sick call I probably normally wouldn't have made if I wasn't really in the zone.

I'll get someone to take a couple later today. It's hard when you take them yourself. I even add the "TripDog Pose." I'll have to work on it. It's a hard one.
 
You look "tighter" in these pics. I see some improvement in your chest as well based on the 2 week period. Good job! You'd be H&LL at around 195!
 
Graet job bro! I definitely can see some improvements, your chest area is looking a lot tighter for sure. And I can even ALMOST see an ab or two...not the case in the before's.

In two weeks this is awesome bro, for strength to be up/fat and weight down/vascularity up. Thats sick.
 
Ya, I'm very happy with the results thus far. I've noticed a change in everything you guys have mentioned.

I'm going to do it like they do in the magazines, and shave my chest on the last day for the final pics. Bahah.

I will continue this log even after I run out of the Leviathan Reloaded. Maybe I'll pick up some Ephedrine and run E/C/Y; that is, unless someone wants to continue sponsoring a LR log....Just a thought...
 
Diet will really be messed with this week. I'll be doing family stuff the next few days, and plan to really only have one cheat meal. We are all getting together Christmas Eve for a big feast. My bro is a fireman, and he works on Christmas, so we are doing the big family stuff tomorrow. I just hope I can make sure I eat every few hours, still. That's my main concern. I'm not worried about the workouts, that's the easy part.

I'll be getting to meet my nephew today, so I'm real excited about that. I'm going to teach this kid how to pump some serious weight when he grows up...
 
Since my gym is closed on Christmas, I got tomorrow's workout done today, and will do Tuesday's Workout tomorrow. That way I will be back on schedule for Wednesday.

Did Chest/Traps today along with 45mins of cardio.
 
I just got back from my parents house, and am eating my last meal right now. I had a little of my Mom's chilli and it was real good. I asked her what was in it and she said, "Pinto beans, kidney beans, onions, ground sirloin, etc." So, I figured I would let myself have a little of it. Didn't seem too bad even on a cut.

I had a great time with my nephew. Cutest kid I've ever seen. My Mom took a picture of me with him, maybe I'll post it up later.

I'm loving being on a cutter, and finally seeing some good results. As I mentioned before, I'll be continuing this log well through March as I continue to cut. There may even be some goodies in there later such as Test/Var/Eq/other fun stuff.

I'll be hitting Back/Calves/Cardio tomorrow morning. I probably won't be able to do much fasted cardio this week which is a huge bummer, but whatever.

I counted out my LR pills, and I have 9 days left.

I'm changing out Meal #4 with whatever my family is having today. I think it's ham, sweet potatoes, some other good stuff. I'll eat as clean as I can, but as I said, that's really the only meal that's going to be different. I'll be eating the standard chicken and broccoli for Meal #5. Probably do an extra dose of Sesathin today.
 
At about 12pm yesterday I started to get a bad headache; 2pm I was getting stiff in the neck and legs; by 7pm I had a bunch of flu symptoms. Fortunately, my stomach isn't acting up and I've been able to eat all my usual meals. I'm really hoping this goes away. I'm feeling pretty awful right now. I've got a bad headache, chills, muscle aches, and a sore throat.

Anyways, Merry Christmas to everyone!

Looks like I'm going to be taking today off. For a while I planned on going to the gym, but when the Acetaminophen started to wear off, I decided against it. I'm really feeling under the weather. I'll probably be eating extra food while I'm sick. I think my body needs the energy.

Feeling decent right now, but I know it's just the pain reliever I took that's helping. I've been taking Tylenol and Zicam all day. Hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow. I don't want to take anymore time off. I've still been eating pretty well. Mostly the same stuff as normal, except Meal #4 has been different each day since Monday. I just really hope I don't lose any weight or strength while I'm sick. That would be a blessing.

I've just been taking it easy all day. Playing poker mainly. I just went by the grocery store to get some cottage cheese, and rented a movie.


EDIT: Just wanted to say that I was so glad to see that PumpingIron, the troll of all trolls, posted in my thread.

Get better bro. Why not just take today totally off (adjusting cals accordingly), then maybe see where you are at tomorrow and just do some cardio (more than normal maybe) if your not up for weights yet.

Not a bad idea. It would be hard for me to go into the gym to just do cardio, though. If anything, I'll do the weights and not cardio.
