Unanswered Intermittent fasting face fat

I’ve been doing 20-4 intermittent fasting for 4 weeks and it’s worked wonders for belly fat and trousers are loose which is a sign it works. Problem is water or fat has switched to my face.

This gets worse after I eat but has got worse in general.

Is this water retention or high cortisol due to fasting?

IF isn't a diet, you still have to find a good diet. I use IF for better insulin response, plus I'm used to it after a decade or so of doing it.

Diet has not changed just eating times. Stilll in a slight deficit however my face has bloated since starting.
