I know short/shorter acting insulin’s like Novolin R/Humulin R and Humalog can be used in many different ways for many different purposes.
I just wanted to report my early experiences with my use and hear others use and results with it.
I have been taking 5iu of Novolin R intramuscular immediately post workout 6 days a week. My goals are increased glycogen loading and improved recovery especially on days I train twice.
I have noticed I have way more energy and perform better for every workout. I feel like my lactic threshold is higher and I can go longer and harder.
Anyone have similar results? Different dosing protocols? I havent tried the pre workout thing.
