Instructions on new Stack?

I just got my package of pills and powder for the stack. My main question is, what the hell do I do with them?

I am actually in the process of getting some pre stack blood work done right now so I will likely not start for another few days. But I was just wondering what was the instruction for each compound, 1) Red Caps
2) Yellow Caps 3) Powder?????
