Hi Everyone,

I need to lose some bodyfat.

So, I know intense weight lifting and intensive cardio are the way to go.

But, what about diet?

1. I am thinking about 10 calories per pound of bodyweight, mostly in lean proteins and starchy carbohydrates.

That definitely will work, along with a heavy exercise program.

2. But, many people speak about adding in more carbs every fourth day, after a weight workout, etc.

Is any of this necessary?

How serious are these hormonal variations?
