Igf-1 lr3 Subcutaneous injections

Can this be administered subcutaneous? I do total body Kettle bell type WO's. Bi Lateral muscle specific injections dont seem like the way to go for me.

ppl are gonna tell you to pick whatever muscles are lagging and do IM injects.

but i think it really depends on your goals. if you want muscle growth rotate spots, if u want fat loss i hear sub is the way to go

I would not inject subq with the risk of GI related hyperplasia; myth or not, I am not willing to risk it.

For folks that do/prefer subq IGF injects, which dilutant are you using? AA/NaCl, BW?

AA with BW is what I would do if I was going to do it.
