Same, the seccond my shoulders feel good I throw a extra plate on the bar, I quit deadlifts like 45 times because my back but I always start doing them again. Hitting the gym on 4 hours sleep because I got nothing better to do. In the summer I often skip meals and train on a empty stomach. I need a recovery assistant to tell me no!

I got nothing to update today 😓😓😓 I had to do some shitty work of a ladder on a hillside for like 5 hrs baking in the sun so I skipped the gym, made burgers and onion rings and a couple chicken breasts and I'm on the couch. Between work today and a little gardening after work I definitely burned a **** ton of calories so that's a plus. But I also needed some mental rest so here we are. Gonna hit the feet with some td curcumin and veg out till I pass out

10 chins with 50 added pounds, 2 chins with 100 added pounds and 28 with bodyweight (196lbs) no rest on the 28

Those are getting solid, as far as the weighted ones - but I am actually most impressed with the 28 straight! To do nearly 30 requires another level of conditioning and at your size the strength needed is not trivial. Very cool!

There with a palms facing grip, if I go overhand I still get 17-20 but the actual reason I do them all palms facing in is shoulder pain. Only the wide overhand grip bothers my shoulders down in the stretch so I only do that as a stretch now.

To get the 20+ sets I get about 20-21 straight and then in the stretch I take 2 or 3 deep breaths like breathing squats and power through until I literally drop from the bar lol. I want someone to tape my hands to the bar so I can go for 30+!

Damn dude that’s awesome! I saw a latter post that said you do them palms facing in. I like doing those as well due to shoulder discomfort. I had surgery about 15 years ago and sometimes I get a little discomfort doing overhead pulling. I just have to adjust my grip to take the stress off of it.

Ya, I make a lot of adjustments for old injuries, theres always a way!

Yeah but you still had to do all that training!

People who think things like “Well I could do that too, if I also just…” are so delusional. They totally write off the reason everyone doesn’t do that thing: it can take a lot of effort to walk that path!

Bata bottle is just the bottle with a quick sticker label, hes waiting on the new labels. These neuro products are more like a oil type td, comes in a small glass bttl with a dropper. It drys quick and not greasy tho

We're beta testing these for feedback

How many pumps of Dermacrine have you settled on for what you like, and how often do you apply?

How much of the td curcumin do you typically use?
 
Dermacrrine I left at 3 pumps, I saw no benefit with 4 vs 3. But, I do very much remember before test or trt when I used it on cycles I needed 4-5pumps on cycle and I was much smaller then too.

The bttl recommendations for a trt buddy or stand alone are gtg. I think more is needed to cycle.

Curcumin 1/2ml on most joints, I used only a 1/4 on my wrists, but ankles/feet, hips, knees and shoulders I used about 1/2ml per side. I'm only using it as needed.
