After having raised liver enzymes for many weeks or more....

I started to take Tudca for at least a month and it's now more or less in a safe zone so to speak.

Before taking Tudca

1st blood test
ALT 119

2nd blood test
After taking Tudca

ALT 66

....

The first blood test took place at the very beginning if not just before I started taking testosterone...I have yearly blood tests due to a medication I take.

6 weeks into my Test and Primo cycle with the use of Tudca you can see that the enzymes have nearly halved....

I can say that I've been drinking cups of organic decaf coffee everyday too which is known to help the liver and eaten many very healthy as I do anyway but made even more is an effort and thankfully the blood came back good.

Nice to see how effective TUDCA is. Were you taking any orals for it to be so elevated?

Do you remember if you lifted hard and heavy a few days before your first blood draw? A lot of basic blood test can give off false (bad) numbers if you have lifted within a few days before the test. I never lift for 3 to 4 days before I have labs ran.

Mentioned you like to train till total failure, basically annihilating the muscle. I would bet my house the liver elevations are from waste product breakdown from your workouts. The closer your bloods are to training the higher elevations tend to be. Even for ppl who don't train to failure.

But the bigger you are and the harder you hit a muscle group, the more waste products are produced and the liver has to filter them

Interesting, I've heard rad can be pretty harsh. Never used it myself, but could be other factors as well. Glad to see it's working for you.

Not saying TUDCA doesn’t help but from what I read your high initial values could be related to Rad and hard workout close to blood test. If this is the case your liver enzymes would have been also lower after one month without using TUDCA. Difficult to give credit to TUDCA for all the improvements here.
