Just a question...
Do you credit the numbers to the supps or to yourself?

Just curious...
I think it is a mix of both. Yesterdays workout was a surprise, however I have been doing this a long time, so my numbers seem to come in waves
 
ok. I was just curious how much of a help the supps were in that workout. Keep up the good work!
 
I think that they arer a help, but I am always hesitant to give full credit for gains, unless of course we are talking about steroids :)
 
oh come now! We all know steroids are a myth developed by the sports industry to get all the good players out!!
 
Hopefully you will have it better today in the gym. Sleep always helps, its the one thing I never get enough of.
 
I swear it never ceases to amaze me that the days I can sleep in somewhat (weekends) are the days my daughter gets up as soon as the sun is slightly visible. It is hilarious. Every sat. and sun. morning around 6am she is jumping on my stomach which might not sound too bad, but she sometimes misses lower and is 48lbs. Bad start to a day I assure you
 
that doesnt sound like much fun! Time to start locking your door...lol. If I dont get enough sleep at night, I dont mind grabbing a quick nap or two. Its a good pick me up.
 
I am fond of naps from time to time, but during the week it has a tendency to throw me off
 
i always tend to turn my 20 cat nap into a 3 hour hibernation, maybe i should rig a 50 lb. weight to drop on my goods to wake me up. :aargh:

decided to change cardio up and did 30 minutes on the bike.

felt good even though I didnt get to sleep late. good pump, solid strength. Wil go back later for more cardio
 
I apologize for the short response, had a bit of car trouble and needed to drop it off. SO I wont get backthis afternoon but tomorrow will be back to normal

It is friggin humid here is pa, after 3 minutes I was sweating likea beast, which is a good thing. I will be heading back this afternoon for arms and more cardio
 
happy to announce that I just ordered some DCP to add to this. I should have it from NP this week. WOo hooo, hopefully some nice synnergy there

with the heat it was difficult to stay motivated, but I pushed through and felt I had a solid workout. the numbers are far from superior, but I felt i had a good showing and had decent energy and pump

good job making it to the gym and not sleeping in. That is what I have the most trouble with during the school year.
 
It is certainly difficult, but I am up at 5 for work, so the extra half hour doesnt kill me
 
I try to get up around 7 30 or 8 but when I dont have class until 12 I have too many reasons not to get up. I was really good about it this semester though.

I have broken a few alarm clocks before....
I guess im just really heavy handed when I try to turn them off lol.
 
I know that feeling.

Weird thing for me was I fell asleep at 6:30last night, woke uo at 8:30 showered went back to bed and slept straight through. Couldnt get to the gym last night of this am. WIll get there this afternoon afterwork.

My wife was kind enough to make my lunch and breakfast for today while I was sleeping

I'm with you on the smooth part Reaper. Good way to put it, It's not like a strong stim that has your eyes bulging out but you have plenty in the tank and you know it. nice back workout.

forgot to mention that I will have my DCP by tomorrow. Fedex has it listed for delviery tomorrow, so I am psyched to add that in
 
Yeah I'm enjoying it quite a bit, there are not too many supps I can take before workout without getting sick. But this one is not bothering me at all and I like the clean endurance from it. I think it will become a staple for me.
 
agreed, and the price tag is reasonable enough to not be a burden. Also, most places are selling it with other AMS goodies

very similar feelings as previous workouts. Was still fatigued which is why I did not go as heavy as normal. Still felt a good workout and the chest is nice and tight afterward

it will depend on when I get it. If it is delivered by the time I get home I will take 2 to start than 2 more prior to bed.

I have heard so many positives that I cannot wait. I am so anbxious to get home. I figure with the amount of cardio I do, I should see some pretty fascinating results.

You guys at RPN should be proud of this product I hear.

the sweat was pouring off me. weird thing also, I took the dcp prior to dinner and got a wave of nasuea as I ate, it passed quickly however

regarding the hy-x, I have noticed that the tingles are nonexistent, but I am still maintaining a nice level of endurance and intensity when lifting. Very pleased thus far

Great arm workout, I'm the same way awesome on tri's and weaker on bi's..But I'm finally making progress on evening it up.
