Dosage- 3 cap per day. This will be a solo run. No other PH/DS used.
One on wake
One 5:00 pm
one 9:00 Pm

Stats: 5.5 height 230 lbs BF- uncertain

Goals: bulk up a bit to about 245
Diet - 7 meals per day- high protein, mid carbs

Training- Train 6 x per day- hit one muscle group per day.

Took on wake and will take other doses. Arms workout was great got an good pump going and hit hard. First day so nothing to report- kick in will take time.

Just curious on your workout : do you always do all your pressing first then do your isolation after or do you mix it up?

Its not really in a set order. I tend to go by feel. I left decline toward the end, purely because on decline I tend to get blood going to head and I get light headed.

just picked a cpl bottles up...i still have a bottle of finaflex 1-andro left any issue running one into the other? start with the finaflex bottle and finish the cycle with SM

DAY 7- FULL REST DAY

Hate rest day..tend to go out of my mind. Harden up more, but appear alot fuller and bulkier. 3lb weight gain.

Idk but those lateral raises with the 50s would mess my shoulders up lol.
