What's your fasting insulin? They have an inverse relationship. If on TRT daily injections helped with mine a lot.

Yeah sort of, but it is rich in phytoestrogens, maybe for men its a different case altogether, Alfalfa leaf is also rich in estrogens, then we have Pueraria Mirifica which is used in most breast enhancement supplements due to its high estrogen contents

Not all phytoestrogens are bad though, having a phytoestrogens can latch onto estrogen receptors possibly negating stronger estrogen effects
