How to know when to take a SERM

if your going on a mild PH (H-drol) and have a SERM on hand, but taking OTC p.c.t. instead, and something goes wrong..how will you know if your suppose to take the SERM instead?

say, for whatever reason taking inhibit e,PCT Assist, Reduce XT etc doesn't work out...how do you know it's not working? will you start feeling lumps or something? and if so, do you stop all of those and start taking the SERM instead?

h drol doesnt aromatize and very rarely ever causes gyno if ever,
if may happen, but chances are it wont, especially if you at least run otc pct.
