just wonderin... maybe i didnt sleep to good last nite...

a change in sleeping habits (hours you get in, staying up longer before falling asleep, waking up more often during the night) is very very common, whoever it is. (even using T-1 only could lead to this cuz of excess test in your body and such). your body will adapt (did for me after 3 nights)....

Mine happened within about an hour after I applied it. I was already tired, but it just knocked me out.

If you're using 1t w/ 4ad, it can take a few days for the 4ad to accumulate in your blood to combat the lethargy and get you set straight.

yeah im doing good now.. no problems at all.. i hope it stays like this throughout....

Ill start a cycle log soon...

If you guys are trying to use the 4AD to just ward off the lethargy, why not just reallu up the 4AD to do so and then use an anti-e (like Viratase or 6 OXO) to keep the water off?

I'm on T1 right now, 2:1 4AD/1T and the lethargy is still felt, although not as extreme. Took a little bit longer to settle in too. This time it took about a week and a half compared to a few days when I was on my T-X cycle.

thats exactly me. (on T1...2 weeks in....lethargy took a bit to take its course...im used to any affects that takes place with any amount of 1-test) going one more week before taking off for 3-4 week. but uping the dose from 2 squirts x 2 per day to 2.5-3 squirts x 2 per day. just a little bump

man i just started mine yesterday and I feel like i havent slept in days..lol.. Im going to take a nap soon.  I wonder if they will care here at work.
