This shows test levels vs. lean mass and fat mass gains and losses. The green shaded area represents “normal” testosterone levels. Basically, yes, more test means more muscle, less test, less muscle. But it is subject to substantial diminishing returns.
Depends on the individual. In my case, I just hit a plateau in everything I couldn't get past with low 200 levels. Now I'm 960-1200 on trt and it changed everything.
