OP what have you used in the past of the above compounds? You ideally should try to ascertain what compound is causing the sides. I have a hunch it is Lr3 but I cannot say for sure. IPAM and no dac should not cause this issue and I do not have enough experience with DES to say one way or another.

I will say that none of those drugs are worth having to take an AI and an anti-prolactin drug. Both AI's and caber should be taken seriously. Are the gains of the above drugs worth the addition of two additional medications? I mean we are not talking a gram of test stacked with deca or tren here. Just my two cents, not a criticism in any way op.
