bms0lsc Member Awards 1 Mar 22, 2007 #9 I've pushed 45 mins a number of times. Just on those rare occasions when my appetite has completely deserted me and every mouthful is a battle. I've definitely noticed a correlation between decreased water intake and decreased appetite, so maybe that's something you could keep an eye on .
