How long does gyno pain last?

Anyone have old gyno that eventually stopped hurting? I have some from about a year ago that still hurts like a bitch even though horomones are normal now. Eating junk food makes them swell, taking a hot shower completely removes the pain and shrinks them or softens them temporarily. AIS, serms, and prami have no effect whatsoever on pain or size. I can run rolax and letro at high doses and nothing happens to the gyno at all pain wise I just lose water weight.

Isn't it suppose to harden at some point and stop hurting and getting irritated constantly
