in simple terms...libido is highest in the morning and declines throughout the day...dosing late can potentially lead to more shutdown...sorry i cant go further into detail...try reading the pulsing thread by dr. d...i think its in there at the beginning
sleep time is the best time for HPTA regeneration so dosing closer to sleep is less wanted. I base my dosing on meals (how many meals) and pre and postworkout. my highest dose if i have to choose is always with my first meal, or second.
