How Do We Spice Up Our Steamed Vegetables and Baked Potatoes?

Hi Guys,

Back in Southern California, we had so many diet foods.

1. Something as healthy, and bland, as a baked potato could be spiced up with:

Sriracha Sauce
Tobasco, Cholula or any other Hot Sauce
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Low Sugar Ketchup and BBQ Sauce
Mrs. Dash (All Varieties)
Molly McButter, Butter Buds
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Healthy Hummus

2. Any toppings or recipes you guys use for something bland, like steamed vegetables or baked potatoes?

I am hoping I learn something new.
