All right, so today I started my weight loss program. I currently weigh 157.8 lbs. After my muscle building program, I lowered the calories a bit and went just above maintenance for 2 weeks, so my body would get used to the low calories, lol little did I know that I'd be eating over maintenance on a weight loss program.

Today's workout went great. It was almost identical to the workout from my bulking program. The weights kept going up, which is good.

as for PWO, the cottage cheese wasnt that bad, seeing I mixed the protein powder in it. Theres alot of cottage cheese in the menu, so I better get used to it. hehe thats a lot of sodium there.

Anyways, my goal is too loose as much fat as possible, without really lowering my weight too much. So I'm aiming at 1-2 lbs a week.

Also Bobo I wanted to add that this week I don't have any work, so I'll be working out in the morning. So I'm rearranging the meals just for this week to this:

Meal 3 - Pre-Workout - PWO - Meal 1 - Meal 2 - Meal 6

Thanks man.

Nothing major to report besides cardio in the morning sucks :p , theres just nothing good to watch on tv at 6 am.

As for diet, I've been so used to mixing my egg whites with my oats over the last months that I had forgotton how bad egg whites tasted on their own. Loving the cottage cheese w/ sf ff jello though, plus I would always drink loads of milk before bed when I was a kid, so thats a nice addition also.

Alright so one week in, and weighed 157.8 lbs this morning (so no change in weight). Been following diet and workout to a T, didnt even need a cheat meal yesterday.

The hardest part was doing the cardio saturday morning because my legs were killing me already. Cardio after bi's and tri's wasnt that bad, my body was already warmed up from the workout, so the time passed very quickly.

new diet sent. :)

So please tell me how you do your cottage cheese with the jello? Do you just make jello to eat with it or do you mix cottage cheese in with your jello?

Thanks!!!

I just drop about 1/4 serving (arround 1/2 tsp) in powder form into my cottage cheese and mix it. My brand is a bit liquidy so it mixes just fine without adding any water and you dont even taste the cottage cheese.

Got the new plan Bobo, though I prefer the one from this morning ;) . Changes arn't too harsh, will start first thing tomorrow!

2 Weeks in, weighed in this morning at 155.4 lbs. Nothing much to report, workouts have been going great, my strengh has increased in some excercises, some others remaind the same and diet has been flawless once again.

Sounds about right. If you are losing more than 1lb/week then I would be worried. With your weight, you are right on target. :)

Ya I don't want to lose more then 1/lb per week either, I dont know why I lost over 2 lbs this week , the change in diet wasnt even that big. Anyways had a question about cable crunches, which one of these two is doing it correcly?

Behind the head.

Alright so week 3 over, weighed in this morning at 154.8 lbs , so -0.6 lbs from last week. I am starting to notice some small changes in the mirror, but I guess not being bloated anymore helps also.

Workouts have been going good, no excercises have suffered yet, some weights are still increasing actualy. And again, diet has been flawless.

Just wanted to update yesterday night I had to go to the airport to pick up some people, it was like 2.5 hours after my 5th meal. But when I got there, the flight was delayed , so knowing I wouldnt be home for another 2-3 hours, I ended up drinking 2 cups of 2% milk instead of the 2 cups of skim milk I would've had in Meal 6 and just ate the cup of cc when I got home. I'm so used to skim milk that it tasted like cream.

4 Weeks in, weighed in at 154.8 lbs this morning (so no weight change from last week).I am starting to notice a difference in the mirror, but nothing too significant yet, its mostly arround the back.

Workouts were great this week, again some exercises weights went up and others remaind the same. The Cardio after workouts are easy, and pass by very quickly, but the ones in the morning just suck, specially on saturday's when my legs are already killing me from the leg workout. As far as diet goes, besides monday, everything was flawless once again.

So Bobo, any changes in diet? or should I start full dosing the E/C and sesathin?

Ok so another week passed by, I don't know what's wrong with my scale, but it showed 150 lbs this morning. I was up most of the night yesterday though, pretty much walking all the time, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Diet and workout were all great, no strengh loss yet. I am finding myself craving for carbs though, and never though I'd say this but I'm actually looking forward to eating cottage cheese all the time.

On a side note, my pants are much looser then before, and I'm using 1 belt size lower then usual. And clothes that used to be tight on me are actually loose now.

So any changes this week Bobo?

6 Weeks in, weighed in this morning at 151,4 , dunno what was wrong with the scale last week lol . Looking much leaner in the mirror.

Workouts were great this week, again no strength loss. My biceps were hurting each time I flexed them yesterday, that hadn't happened in a while. And again diet was perfect.

Any changes for this week Bobo?

Another week gone by, weighed in this morning at 150.4 lbs. So far the program has been exacly what I wanted, I'm loosing ~1 lb a week and judging from the mirror, that weight loss is coming from fat, and there seems to be no strength loss. The only other thing I noticed is I seem to be waking up in the middle of the night more often then before.

Again diet was perfect, last weeks chest workout was a so-so because I had a lot on my mind, but everything else went good. Weights arn't going up, but they're not going down either, so its good.

This was my final week, weighed in this morning at 151.6 lbs . Throughout the program I did not miss a meal nor a workout, and followed the plan to a T. Overall I lost a total of 7 lbs, and I actually gained strength. There seems to be no muscle loss, because I have never been this lean and yet defined at the same time. All my pants fall off now without a belt, and I had to punch an extra hole in my gym belt because it was too loose. My bf% is closer to 12% right now, where as I started it was more arround 15%. I learned alot during both bulking and cutting program, where for me alone was worth the money.

I will continue to cut for one more week, then start to bulk for entire winter (and boy do we have a long winter here in montreal). Overall this plan was exacly what I wanted, and I'm one happy customer
