Solid numbers. 260 x5 is pretty good for the last set.260 X5
PS if you don't put lbs you can let people assume you did 260 kg x 5

Dang that's a lot! My squat is not my best lift so I've never come close to 260 kgWell, I used to be able to do that for real guess I could let them assume.
I was joking but I have done 455 lbs for 7 and that after doing 405 X 10. That before the 9 broken bones in the wreck and almost 14 years ago. Never tried a max then wish I had.Dang that's a lot! My squat is not my best lift so I've never come close to 260 kg
Nice. I've done 455lbs for 8 before.... Ah jk Was trying to one up you I've done 385 by 5 before. That's the best i've got I'm not built for squat. That's pretty good imo. If I got 385 for one now I'd be happy. I've got the short arms and legs for the bench and squats. I bet your deads are good.Nice. I've done 455lbs for 8 before.... My deadlift use to be fairly good. However, I've hurt my lower back quit a few times and now the risk vs reward of deadlifts are no longer beneficial in my opinion so I don't do heavy deadlifts anymore at all I still do them with lighter weight. Typically when i'm doing shruggs i'll just do deadlifts with the weight that I do shruggs with. That's pretty good imo. If I got 385 for one now I'd be happy. Yeah I had to drop the heavy deads also due to hip injuries. I do the SLDs for the hamstring stretch movemen but they're not that heavy. Doing them with Shrugs is a good idea. I was doing Shrugs on the Cybex bench after benching. My deadlift use to be fairly good. Nice! I always like pairing shruggs with another exercise just due to shruggs not being to exhausting or taxing and easy to stick in with something else that you're doing.. I was doing Shrugs on the Cybex bench after benching
Nice! Three plates is the goal for most. It's definitely the sticking point for a lot of folks.try to get 315 X 1 at the end.
I live on a hill with a bunch of stairs to climb just to get to the front door. That will be rough today!Good luck sitting on the toilet! That's a lot of volume with squat for sure!
Maybe that's why you can do so much volume on squat cause you have the endurance from your daily stair climbI live on a hill with a bunch of stairs to climb just to get to the front door. That will be rough today!
* = PR, right? Or is that your note to up it next time?Cybex low ab:
90 X 20. G20*
90 X20
90 X20
Haha meant to quote with answer. That's to raise it next time. I just put them back in so reps kinda started over.
I do the same. Risk vs reward is not there for me off the ground.I have to do them off the rack because of my past injuries. Kept them light
You're going with the MJ number for reps on abs!90 X 23 G23*
90 X23
90 X23
I must have missed your age at the beginning of this log. Man you're killing it for 64!Not bad for a 64 year old
I enjoyed following a long with you on this log. Glad you would recommend it and would run it again!I give this product a big thumbs up. It would be a great choice for using in a stack with 4-andro for a gainer or a cut. If I wouldn't buy it myself, I wouldn't brag on it. I will probably do another run with this.
Our discussions have been a blessing to me. Using the 5 X 5 for maintaining strength and making gains is gold. Still debating logging my dermacrine/Ursa major run(sort of a pct but I'll keep trt in). If I log it, please jump in.I enjoyed following a long with you on this log. Glad you would recommend it and would run it again!
