Heavy/unusual clomid sides

Been some time on here, old user new profile.
28 yrs old, cycle history includes test, deca, and anavar

I'm searching for a little input on my recent decision to do a standalone clomid cycle after feeling like my recovery from latest cycle was not 100%. It's been over 5 months since I ended PCT from an Anavar only cycle (which was not a good idea, I should have listened to the majority opinion that test should be included as a base.) I did not feel like my clomid/nolva combo PCT was long enough and I continued to suffer after from reduced ball size and lower than normal sex drive. After reviewing positive research on test levels for standalone clomid users in similar situations, I decided to give it a try at 25mg ed / 4 - 6 weeks.

Within two days of first dose, my sex drive was completely shot and to this day (a little over 2 weeks since starting) its impossible to have sex or get hard without cialis. Several days ago (approaching the 2 week mark), I broke out horrifically and my entire torso is covered in acne, like some sort of allergic reaction. Never experienced sides like this with clomid before, and the supplier has always been legit in the past. Since then I have lowered dosage to 10 mg ed, and no positive change yet on sex drive

Considering throwing a tiny bit of adex in the mix to help control estro, or just stopping all together.

Anyone experienced anything like this before or have any input?

Thanks

Have you gotten blood work? If not, then that should be your first priority not messing with your endocrine function blindly.

it's likely an estrogen/estradiol issue.

all SERMs raise E2..... increased acne is a really good indicator that your E2 is up, as well.

unless you had bloodwork ahead of time, it's hard to say what this did, but if your E2 was already normal (or even high), then clomid would exacerbate the issue.

I'd get the bloodwork sooner than later..... you COULD start an AI right now, but that would skew the results of that.

Thanks Catsnake, e2 issues were my first thought since I have expected it to rise along with test levels. Prior to inception e2 levels were normal and test on lower end.

The bizarre part is that "increased acne" is not the way to describe this - it was literally 0 acne to an explosion all over the body. Further, I haven't known increased e2 to kill sex drive / function this completely.

I have read that sex binding globulin hormone can be affected by clomid and in turn can cause decreased libido - anyone have experience with this?
