Just a question ,

Im taking in around 10 grams of fat per meal, except the

post training meal. Im 227 lbs...id say my calories are 3500

4000. does this look about right in terms of getting in my healthy fats

oh i eat six times a day

30/50/20 is about what im taking (im cutting)

oh also i want to add im taking flax and fish(today i finsihed cla)

in a book i read by author rea " chemical muscle enhancement" he

recommends Hemp oil. Can anyone vouch for it

anyways please comment and critque on if this is the right amount of

fats to take in. I think so , but i could always benefitfrom more

knowledgable person. Thanks
 
also i barely take in any saturated fats...are any saturated fats benificial to testostrone

product..muscle building etc...i remember in flex arnold said he thought it was and used

to eat mayo.

Go to the forum and type in EFAs, limit the search to the last week or so. There are several threads covering EFAs, CLA, omegas etc.

Unfortunately no. I don't think they'd work for you anyway as they go through my login and I don't think the threads can viewed while logged out.
