Unanswered Hardcore heart palpitation after heavy set

Greetings,
So today i was feeling really good in the gym and i went a little overboard with the intensity. I just finished a heavy set of rows, took about 45-60 seconds break and went to do a set of lateral raises. As I said, I was feeling really strong and also there were some hot girls around lol so both sets were done with extreme intensity. So much in fact that I really had trouble catching my breath after I was done with the laterals.
As I set the weights down, and this happened roughly 5 times, as I breathe in gasping for air, i feel my heart fluttering. So 5 heart palpitations.
And I did feel a bit light headed afterwards but of course it is no wonder since I have done sets with such an intensity and also i am pretty anxious and prone to panic attacks, so it could be in my head too (light-headedness).

So what do you all think? Is this a case for concern? I had this happen to me before after heavy sets but not like this, maybe 2-3 palpitations max. But this was extreme intensity. I think my adrenaline was through the roof. I also listened to some of my favourite workout music.

I have done 2 ECGs in the past 4 months and they came up fine. I am thinkinng about asking my doc to give me a holtwr to wear for a full day.

Does it only happen when you lift? Were you holding your breath during the sets?

It’s okay to throw random PVCs from time to time, every one does. I probably have heart palpitations 3x a week randomly once during the day especially if I intake too much caffeine. If they don’t continue for very long then it’s not a big deal.

I’d worry if they get worse, or if the contractions become super forceful and it feels like your heart can’t relax.

I cant remember whether I held my breath or not (i try not to of course) but it is always a possibility, grinding that last rep or two.
I do have them sometimes, like you said, few times per week and they usually happen in the evening. I have experienced them during training before, they would only occur after a heavy set which leaves me gasping for air.
But i think that all out beast mode aggression is only going to harm me in the long run. I try to stay cool and still lift fiercely, if you know what i am saying. But i sometimes just get carried away.

The thing is, i am afraid that gear gave me so much stamina that i can actually "outdo" my heart's abilities. I will take it easier from now on.
Because right now i run out of breath before i run out of strength when doing supersets. Damn i will avoid them from now on.

Gear? That can change a lot man especially depending on what you’re running

I am on 125mg of test e per week right now, came off a blast consisting of 500mg of testosterone 3 weeks ago.

I should add that I had no palpitations after any other set during my workout, only after this damn cardio like superset.

Well what cardiovascular support and how much cardio were you doing while on that? I believe here lies your answer.

Could be electrolytes. Maybe. I used to get like a flutter in my heart occasionally, it hasn’t happened since I’ve gotten back to taking magnesium before bed.

Green tea, coenzyme q 10, avoiding saturated fats (a lowish fat diet generally)...i dont know what else could i take except maybe for some fish oil.
I generally do a generous amount of cardio.
As @Jeremyk1 said it could have been an electrolyte imbalance. I was on the road the whole day previous day and didnt drink a whole lot of water. And basically ate like sh1t that day, protein shakes and bread (as i was in a car on a highway for over 12 hours).

Not at all, i have anxiety and panic attacks (they have been sparked by gear and it seems like they are not going away) last thing i need are stimulants.

If your doc will guve you the unut to wear that is Always* a great way to rule so e things out and if they are caught on the monitor (maybe try to induce one* smaller one) then they will be able to tell you if its just you psuhing to hard or something lile POTS or wtvr else and if they feel they need to scope your arteries. Id say get the monitor if you can. If not, no biggie and just be careful, stay hydrated, keep asprin on hand (goes for all guys on gear imo) and if it were me i would get very religious about taking my 3g of ALCAR 3x/day bc it can help regenerate damaged heart tissue as well as cleanse the androgen receptors so you could possibly get along w less gear. Thats my story and im sticking to it.
Also, if you have high bp start taking Hawthorne berry and prolly wouldn't be a bad idea anyways. Coq10 is always great if u can afford it. So is omega 3s (i think liquid is best personally). And cialis low dose (3-5mg) befors the gym is a great way to take a little strain off the heart. Also, warm up w 10-20min of cardio. Very intereting article about how dping cardio before trainging is great but after is horrible for muscle growth bc mtor is being competed against by a-something, cant remember the enzyme. Article is somewhere on HCU.

Wth is ALCAR?

I am off gear currently and in pct. They seem to happen when my hormones are fluctuating. Just when i started pct they were frequent, i guese due to both low testosterone and estrogen. Then they subsided. Now, int he last few days, with me dumbass having overdone the AI in the hope of "crushing" estro in pct they are reappearing again.

What worries me is that they sometimes happen during exercise, or when i get my heart rate up, for example during brisk walk today. And sometimes they happen when i lay down.

But the problem is thwt 3 separate doctors, 2 of them cardiologists said my heart is healthy (numerous ecg's, uktrasound and wore 24h holter monitor)
So if I were to trust them, then it must be due to hormonal fluctuations. I remember i had pvc's during puberty. Literally, i would feel like something went off in my chest.

Along with anxiety and panic. Happens everytime my estro gets too low.
I am wondering can being anxious and under stress (because of anxiety and hypochondria) cause these PVC'S?

And one more thing...you know when you get scared because of something random going on and you literally jump? I believe often times PVC's happen during that moment.

The worst thing is thst i am anxious about it. For example, i feel extremely tired from time to time, almost kinda light headed.
I really hope that is due to crashed e2.

Because now i know, my "pharma" gear being bunk, i was at less than optimal (actually lower than natural) test levels for some time now. And i only did 12 weeks in my lifetime of gear, averaging 600mg test pw. So i really dont think that steroids could have caused something major

As far as aspirin goes, i dont know. Even on 600mg test, my platelets were always on the lower end, even though hct and hb were at the upper end.

For some reason my testicles are hanging high again (after they have fully dropped in pct) yesterdwy and tomorrow and i am getting frequent palpitations.

I am pissed.Even though they are most likely harmless, they are a distraction. And now they are happening like every hour or so.

And they werent happening at all while i was on 500mg of legit test pw. They started appearing after i switched to bunk test and was below replacement levels and when my ferritin got very low due to phlebotomies.

So in my opinion it is more lack of either testosterone or estrogen that is causing them rather than excess.

So here ie the deal with these effin palpitations. As the testicles hanged high at the beginning of the pct and my test was low, they were frequent.
As testicles dropped, they started to fade away and i felt all around better.

now my damn testicles are hanging high again and palpitations are back. And i am feeling anxious again. And overall not so good again.
Wtf? Am i getting shutdown again in the middle of the pct?
The only thing that i have changed is stopped 12.5mg aromasin few days ago due to signs of low estrogen. I am continuously on 25mg clomid per day.

O2 now is 97-99%.
However, during cycle it was 95-97%.
