Nothing makes me happier (well...oatmeal comes close). I love competing with myself each and every day to become better. Not only physically, but also as a person.

Oh I'm definitely gonna give it a go. I'm always pissed I can't get a solid weight routine before the feasting, so this should be a much better alternative to running.
