Green bulge power

I got my green bulge in the mail yesterday and when i went to take it the pills they are massive its my first time taking creatine pills i usualy take cell mass wich is powder. It feels like i am going to choke on the pills when i take them u think i could just empty 5 pills in my drink or would that be bad? have any ideas thanks.

they are standard 00 size capsules. have you taken capsules of any kind in the past? just put them in and swish them back with water
