Meals today werent the best, especially dinner, but wasnt too horrible either:
Diet
Breakfast (10 am): 1/2 Cup Egg Whites, 2 Whole Eggs, 2 pieces Wheat Bread, Protein Shake
Shake (12 pm): one whole apple - daayyhumm that was a big ass apple! i was sooo full after eating that mug.
Lunch (2 pm): Turkey Sandwidth w/ cheese and lettuce - and it was a tooooon of turkey
Snake (4:30): 1 chicken breast
PreWorkout (7:30): Protein Shake
Workout at 8 - just a ab workout, nothing big at all....took about 20 min, but damn they were burning
Dinner (9:30) - straight up pigged out! i was starving! 3 hamburgers and they were DELICIOUS!
Before Bed (11:30) - 1 teaspoon natty pb
Not a whole lot to report on here day one, but my goal is to lean down a bit and finish the cycle at around 185 lbs and between 9%-10% bodyfat.
Any comments/suggestions will be much appreciated! Stay tuned for tomorrows shoulder workout....its gonna be a rough one!
