Does anyone use straight plain gelatin in their diets? From what I understand it helps form complete protiens when added with regular meals or protien shakes.

Anyone use it or have more info about it?

Right, it seems like it would be no brainer to just add it in to one's diet. I haven't really heard of anyone mentioning using it when talking about what their diet consists of though.
