I picked up some frozen salmon burgers from work since they were on sale and a steal of a price. Serving is is 4 oz. Whenever I weigh my fresh meats, I weigh it as 3 oz cooked. So whatever macros chicken has, for example, even though a serving is 4 oz, since I weigh it cooked, I use the same macros, but at a serving of 3 oz instead of 4. Is it the same for a frozen product, I would assume so since it was never cooked.

These burgers are usually pre-weighed. So, if you have a package of 12 burgers, it will say "Serving Size: 4 oz" and then say, "Servings per container: " I usually use the servings per container to determine the nutrition in each burger. So, in this example if it said 12, then it would be simple - and I don't have to weigh anything, which is usually the case.

The cooked/uncooked weights of meats can be really confusing.
