Fish oil on backorder?

Hey ATW,

just wondering where my fish oil pills are? They didn't come with the shipment and it has been 2 or 3 weeks.

Id recommend that you call them. I emailed matt for over a month trying to get him to let someone know I had not received an order. He kept telling me they had solved it, but I never saw anything. Eventually I just called them and talked to rob and I got an email the next day with a ups tracking number and a few days later got my protein.

in the subject line of your email from us there are 4 more digits at the end that I need....or you can PM me yoru real name so I can look it up that way, and get them out to you.

Theseus, I know what your perception is but Rob simply reported to you what I had done. Your package was already in transit due to my efforts before you spoke with him. Feel free to call him again and he will tell you himself how everything went down. Better yet...as i said before I will have our VP of Sales & Marketing get in touch with you not only to apologize but to testify to the effort I gave and legnths it took for me personally to resolve this for you.

I was personally told on several ocasions by my VP himself that he was going to handle resolving your issue personally and each time you PM'd or emailed me later on I find out that it hadn't been done. Again, why, I don't know, I took each person in the entire hierarchy of ATW at their word when they assured me it would be taken care of...only to learn later that it hadn't...then when my last efforts finally resolve the issue....you credit someone else with the resolution. Murphy's Law I guess.

BTW - the whole time during this I never received a single call to work things out in real time. My hours and the toll free number are in my signature for a reason.
