first cycle.. need some help please

hey guys im looking to take x mass and weight gainer to bulk up and get stronger. im 6' 1'' and 148 pounds at 8-10% body fat....

honestly man at those stats..id say loose the xmass, and EAT....alot.
Also....how old are you, experience with ph's....for your size food is your best friend right now, and thats looking out for ya, not trying to discourage you. Best of luck,

yah man... i was 225lbs, 8% before i even thought of touching anything. Im not saying you can never use it but you can grow anyways. 4 years ago i was 175lbs and 6'5... so about the same as you and i definitly was not ready to use steroids!!
 
Whats your age?

I had great success with muscles juice (weight gainer). I gained 15 lbs in 2 months. after that first tub, i bought another one, and didn't gain barely anything.

Now its all up to constant eating, and consistent training for me.

How long have you been training?
 
ive been working out for like a yaer now.. im 18 and i have the fastest metabolisn ever..lol i eat everything i can and i just burn it right off. i cant gain weight and i was looking for something to help me... and no i dont eat fast food,i eat chicken,steak,beans,rice.....ect.

18....not a good idea my friend. Your natural test is a s high as it will ever be, dont mess with that. The risks definetly are not worth the rewards at your age. You have a ton of natural potential to grow, and eating, training, and getting proper sleep I gaurentee you can reach your goal naturally!....this is honestly the best advice I can give, wait, you will be glad you did.

DUDE, dont do it if you are 18 wait until 21 at least!!!! If you do it when you are that young you are crazy... your test levels are already sky high.. why shut yourself down with a cycle... you may never bounce back the same
 
Yes definately dont take the x mass, it wont help you if you cant gain weight now. It will basically give a 25 year old the test levels that you have right now.

18 is the best time to grow. If you have a fast metabolism (like me), the only way is to keep constant pressure on your body to eat full meals every 2.5 hours. It wont happen right away, but if you dont give up, your body will start to react to the pressure, and say "hey, I need to start doing something will all this food he keeps giving me".

Get 2 kinds of protein. A weight gainer, and an isolate. You need the isolate especially for after the gym, because it is fast absorbing.

meal 1 - in the morning, take the weight gainer with your cereal (in the same bowl).

meal 2 (halfway between breakfast and lunch) - big sandwich (sprouted grain, meat and cheese), and a bannana.

Meal 3 (lunch) - chicken and rice and salad.

meal 4 (pre workout) drink your isolate and eat a bowl of rice.

Meal 5 (post workout) immediatly after your workout (at the gym) mix in appx. 1/4 cup of dextrose with your isolate. drink. The high GI carbs such as dextrose will spike insulin increasing the protein uptake of your muscle and overall anabolism.

Meal 6 (dinner) chicken, rice, salad.

Meal 7 (before bed) take your weight gainer.

chicken and rice can be any meat or carb. Brown rice is the best. Potatoes also work nicely. Beans as well if you dont mind the gas.

Dont have tiny snacks. Your snacks must be meals. Do this and you will gain weight like a mofo.

Especially if you train like this.

appx. 1 hour. 4-8 reps, 5 sets, 20 secs between sets.

monday - chest, shoulders
tuesday - back
thursday - legs
friday - arms

Try it out. let me know how it goes.
 
From what i've seen of most people who use ph/ps at a light weight will put on a good amount of weight from it, but in the long run screw themselves over. Think of it this way, if you are this light now, its because you aren't eating enough. So you use the xmass to help put on some weight, it better uses the food you are eating without you changing your diet, you gain some weight and its good. you go off and you lose your motivation because you can't seem to keep gaining anymore now that you are off, you start to slowly lose weight and find yourself back where you are wanting to use again to put some weight on, but never being able to do it without using steroids. My best advice is at 148 and a fast matabalism you will need to eat and eat a lot, more than most other people weight lifting to gain. It will come on and than when you are ready to use something you will get the most out of it since you can already put on weight without it and you will be more able to keep it on.
