Final Cycle before the summer

Hey everyone,

After messing around with a lot of supps, ph's and transdermals. i finally figured out how my body reacts. and after combining 1-test/4 ad with SU on my 5th and final week of my previous cycle. id ecided that was the way to go again!

i gained massive strength and muscle size while at the same time decreasing fat percentage!

here is what my 4 week cycle will look like(beg 1st may)

Common:
1 multivitamine+ginseng
1 anti oxidant combo
100 mg 5-htp twice daily
flax seed oil supp twice daily
milk thistle
ALA 600mg before workouts, 600mg before high carb meal
week 0: (1 week before any ph/steroids)

300mg SU upto 600mg at night by end of week
500mg quercentin twice a day
full dose eca/nyc+ 3 times daily(alternating between the two every 2 days)
lipoderm/yohimburn twice daily(with added caffeine and SU)

week 1:
900mg SU
500mg quercentin twice a day
full dose eca/nyc+ 3 times daily(alternating between the two every 2 days)
lipoderm/yohimburn twice daily(with added caffeine and SU)
1,4 andro at 400mg per day, 4 doses
super one+ at moderate dosing, dosing twice per day

* calories around or less than maintanace for week 0 and 1

week 2:
*no more SU or quercentin or eca/nyc (excpet as workout energiser when needed)
* no more lipoderm/yohimburn
1,4 andro at 400mg day, 3 doses
super one+ at hardcore dosing, dosing twice per day.

* calories at waaay above maintanance.

week 3:

* same as week 2.

week 4:

same as week 2.
* starting SU again at 300mg at night
* start lipoderm/yohimburn again

week 5: (recovery)
SU at 600 to 900mg at night
lipoderm/yohimburn
clomid 100mg first 4 or 5 days
6-OXO 700mg at night
eca/nyc+ cycle as above

week 6:
* no more SU
no more lipo/yohim
6-OXO at 400mg at night
eca/nyc+ cycled as above

* calories back to maintanance or a bit more.

week 7 to 8:

* finish up 6-OXO
* stop all supplements for 3 weeks minimum.

goals:

1) to get rid of the final bit of fat around my abs
2) bulk up as lean as possible, no mass for the sake of mass

I am almost 28 years old, and ive done a 1-ad and SO+ cycle before this(2 months recovery minimum between each), now at 88.5KG (195 pounds) at around 10.7% body fat.

sorry for the long winded info, what what do you guys think?
id love to hear opinions and/or suggestions?

at any rate, i am starting this soon. but ill be mixing it up a bit. so ill post back. will be taking weekly pics if anyone is still interested. :p
