I'm going to be testing out recipes made with Clear Protein powder so I figured I'd start a log. It'll help me keep track of what I make, like, and and what I can improve on.

I made this today. My diet doesn't allow the carbs until tomorrow, but the neighbors and my wife loved it.



FINAFLEX Frosted Churro CTC Cheesecake

206 cals/slice:
19g protein, 21g carbs, 4g fat

Ingredients: (8 servings) :
693g Philadelphia FF cream cheese
236g 0% ***e Greek Yogurt
50g FINAFLEX Frosted Churro Clear Protein
114g Cinnamon Toast Crunch
1 large egg
14g Swerve Sweetener

Swirl Spread:
9g FINAFLEX Frosted Churro Clear Protein
1T Butter
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
Leave ingredients out to reach room temperature before beginning.
Preheat oven to 350, grease a 10" spring-form pan
In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
Mix in all other ingredients but cereal.
Put 85g cereal into a bowl and crush to crumbs. Add 1/4 of the cheesecake mix to this, mix well. This is to bind it together better.
Place and pack this down on the bottom of the springform.
Transfer cheesecake mix into spring-form.
Melt Spread, drop it on top in gobs. Drag a knife through this to pattern a swirl
Spread the last of the cereal over the top, I pushed each piece in 1/2 way.
Bake for 42 minutes, remove and let cool.
Optionally top with extra spread and ground cinnamon!
Devour.

I made these last week and eat them as a desert. Low carb, and if I have spare carbs available PB is great with them.



Frosted Churro fudge with chocolate peanut butter drizzle.

I cut them too soon otherwise they'd have straight lines.


Ingredients

4.4 grams butter
Spray Olive Oil (no-stick)
139g FINAFLEX Frosted Churro Protein
1.5 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Line a 9-in.-square pan with foil; grease foil with no-stick spray
In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix protein powder and water until you get the same consistency as you'd have with melted chocolate, then mix with the butter.

Microwave 45 seconds, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds and stir. Stir in milk and vanilla. Spread into prepared pan. Freeze until firm (I made the mistake of cutting it early, which is why the edges aren't even)

Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge.

Changes Next Time:

I'm going to use some unsweetened 100% cacao dark baking chocolate and replace butter with coconut oil to try and make the fudge more solid, in hopes that it will stay hardened outside of refrigeration. I'll likely add swerve sugar alternative as well.

Finaflex Clear Protein Vanilla Cakebatter


Calories per 1/8: 123

Ingredients:
CAKE-
1 cup Vanilla Cakebatter Clear Protein (100g)

2 tablespoons coconut flour (18g)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup unsweetened applesauce (222-244g)

4 tablespoons 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips (I used large; 30g)

FROSTING-
4 tablespoons Greek cream cheese (56g)

1 scoop Clear Protein Vanilla Cakebatter (36g)

1 tablespoon erythritol (8g)

1/4 cup ***e 0% Greek yogurt (56g)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325F, line pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick spray (I use coconut oil spray).

Mix Clear Protein powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.

Add applesauce. Mix well.

Lightly stir in chocolate

Bake for about 25 minutes, and check to see if the cake is firm. If not, check every 1-2 minutes until firm and a toothpick comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake.
Remove cake from oven, and let cool.

In a small bowl mix room temperature Greek yogurt cream cheese, ***e Greek yogurt, erythritol, and Clear Protein Vanilla Cakebatter to the consistency of frosting.

Frost cake after cooled

I sprinkled unsweetened cacao powder on the top, but you could drizzle a protein/yogurt mix or add more morsels if you wish.

Cut into pieces, and enjoy!

Finaflex Cinnamon Coated Frosted Churro Clear Protein Donut

Calories Each: 144

Carbs: 7.5 net (8.5 fiber)
Protein: 14g

Ingredients:
Donut-
102g Clear Protein Frosted Churro powder (102g)
¼ cup coconut flour (36g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
⅔ cup unsweetened applesauce (161g)
dash nutmeg
dash cinnamon
Coating:
2T coconut oil, melted (14g)
2 tablespoons erythritol (24g)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (1g)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Combine the donut ingredients (not including the coating), and mix well.
Spoon into a ziplock bag, and cut off the corner to pipe these into your silicone donut pan. Or you can just spoon the batter into the pan.
Bake for about 10 minutes, and check to see if they are firm. If not, check every 1-2 minutes. Do not overbake! Whey cake can be very dry if it is overbaked.
Remove from oven, and let cool. Then remove from pan.
Mix erythritol and cinnamon in a bowl.
Brush each donut with melted coconut oil (to make the coating stick), and dip into the coating.
Enjoy! Donuts can stay out for the day, but refrigerate for longer storage.

Peanut Butter Coated Frosted Churro and Chocolate Cake.

Super easy to make, super moist. .



Calories Each Piece (14/2 cakes): 56
Fat: 1.5g
Carbs: 5g
Protein: 5.7g

Ingredients:
1 cup Finaflex Frosted Churro protein powder (102g)
2 tablespoon almond flour (14g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
1 cup Muscleman’s Cinnamon Applesauce (222g)
2 tablespoons cacao powder (11g)
Spoon erythritol (5g) (optional)

Icing:
PB Fit (24g)
Swerve Confectioners (8g)
Water to consistency

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into silicone or sprayed loaf pan.
Bake for 25 minutes and check to see if it is firm and a toothpick comes out clean. If not, check every minute or two. Do not overbake!
Let cool completely and coat with icing and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
