Felt a pop in hip when back squatting.

A couple weeks ago i started my back squatting sets and on my first rep at the bottom I felt a pop in my hip area/inside thigh toward groin. I after tipping and teetering and groaning I managed to save the rep. Not sure what happened.

I was in decent amount of pain for a few days had to lift my leg out of my car by hand. Eventually got better and better over the last 4 weeks. Deadlifting didn’t bother it nor running. Just squatting or rolling around in bed. Just started squatting heavy again within the last week. Still mild ache at the bottom of squat.

Could be anything, could be nothing, speak to your GP or specialist and get it scanned if you are unsure.
