Easy Crockpot Veggies

2 bags frozen veggies (16 ounces each)
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
salt
parsley
pepper
minced garlic or garlic powder

Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours. I use Campbells "Healthy Request" soup w/ low sodium and no MSG. Whatever veggies you like. I haven't experimented w/ it much yet, but it's really great poured over chicken & rice or steak.
