Dosage timing

I need some help with a protocol I have the following:
Cjc no dac 2mg bottle (have more)
Ghrp 2 and 6 both 5mg bottles (have more)
Sermorelin ( from doctor been using 20 units every night)

What's the timing and amounts I need to be dosing? Thank you much
