I used a 30 mL bac water vial about 6 months ago. It is currently 2/3 full. I forgot I still had it. The exp date is March 2021. Can i use it now to reconstitute a peptide or GH?

If stored in a cool and dark location, sure. I've used BAC water beyond it's "expiration".

I have read that once you stick a needle into the bac vial you have 30 days to use it ... otherwise its "contaminated"

I wasnt sure if that was accurate or nah

From my own experience, was fine. Why 30 days, and it's contaminated? Why not 29 days haha? Searching on the web, I found others also say they used expired BAC fine.

If it’s still perfectly clear you’re probably gtg. Cloudy/opaque would be bacteria colonization. Could always put a drop of BA in it to make sure 🤷🏼‍♂️
