Unanswered Do you guys freeze chopped vegetables?

Do you guys freeze chopped vegetables? I'd like to bag portions of chopped onions and peppers to toss in the pan. Is it necessary to blanch the vegetables in your view? I intend to eat them within 2 weeks of freezing them.

Yes and chopped fruit its better to get the most air out or can them
