All of my blood panels come back fine except for SHBG (high) and free testosterone (low).

DHT can reduce SHBG, yes.

UK retailers really need to start stocking Apex Alchemy. Shipping it domestic just puts it above budget and the risk of customs confiscating/"disposing" it.
