I noticed a few times now the day after using sildenafil citrate the previous night I felt really good the following day. More energy, better recovery. Even if I drank, i noticed zero tiredness or hardly any dehydration. It led me to google search sildenafil to see if it was increasing or could increase test levels. This article is an interesting find, which led me to register here to discuss, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6036338/. However, that article is a study on men in their 50-70s in age. Does anyone, or has anyone ever seen sildenafil positively impact the bodies ability to recover or build muscle in otherwise healthy younger men?

It could also be a night of a few drinks and sex does the body good. However, I was debating the idea of just taking a sildenafil nightly because they're just so damn cheap and easy to get. However, has anyone tried this? It seems that these are safe to take every day if using once a day and as prescribed. However, there's no true need to use these unless one plans to get into bed that evening.

Anyone tried using sildenafil nightly for a couple weeks and seeing what it does?

The numbers seem legit, but again, nothing truly game changing. However, I would reason these numbers blow away a lot of natty t boosters using herbs (not saying those are bad by any means either).

Loses efficacy over time at the same dose and possibility to become "addicted" to get it up. Cialis is much safer and studied for everyday use and also boosts lh over time at least iirc.
