Thanks for all the comments y'all! Yes, this is treating me very well! Actually better than I expected! Other than my trt, I haven't done any hormonal stuff in a very long time. Probably why I'm responding so quickly to it.
I only have 1 bottle of the Ultra Hard, but have another bottle of the 11, which I plan on continuing with. I do have some more td epiandro that I could use. Probably will because I've always loved me some epiandro.

I really wish I had more dietary discipline though. This was supposed to have been an all out cut! Instead, it's been a recomp.. Not upset with the results, I just suck at dieting and it shows..
The only cardio I enjoy is my mountain bike, but every time I have a day off the trails are too wet to ride..
I wasn't going to post this pic because of my huge belly, but it's my own fault.. Maybe it can help motivate me to clean up the diet better.

I'm running ultra hard and ultra eleven. Both call for 4-5 pumps per day. I'm not at home right now, so I don't know if the bottles tell how many mgs of product per pump..

Weight - 196

Sorry for the lack of updates. The last 2 nights at work were long, so I spent a couple days in bed.. Finally made it back to the gym this morning.

I'm down to the last notch on my belt!! As you can see, my weight hasn't changed much at all, so I'm extremely excited about this!!
I also got a compliment on my progress at the gym this morning! This combo has been an absolute game changer for me! Strength has gradually increased and the size is still rising!
Both bottles are getting low, but I still have another bottle of the 11 to keep grinding for these last few weeks before my beach trip!
Time to clean up the diet!

Sorry for the lack of updates. The last 2 nights at work were long, so I spent a couple days in bed.. Finally made it back to the gym this morning.

I'm down to the last notch on my belt!! As you can see, my weight hasn't changed much at all, so I'm extremely excited about this!!

Arms looking solid. I need to plan a beach vacation so it will motivate me to clean up the diet and lean out!

Just a quick update.

I was going through my stash, looking for more bpc and tb.. in the process, I found 2 unopened bottles of Ultra epi!! This run won't stop anytime soon!! Remember, I also still have another bottle of the 11..

The belt notch is a true measure of weight loss. Shows that the gut size is decreasing. Always a great feel.
I like a lot of folks carry my excess around my waist, so for me this is so true! I am going to start my run of this in 9 days (May 17)

Same here. My excess weight is definitely around the mid section so going down a belt notch is a win for most for sure!

Weight - n/a

I'm on weekend days at work, so I've been getting up at 3am for the gym.. Can't wait to sleep in till 5:30 tomorrow! Lol.
Yesterday's leg session was basically cardio with weights. Lol. I did 5x20 on squats. It's such a humbling workout because of the lack of weight on the bar, but it has you gasping for air and begging for it to end!! I love it!! It's also very time efficient. I was out of the gym in about 30 minutes! Sick pump and vascularity in my thighs too!
We stayed at the neighbors house late last night so I skipped the shower and application of the lotions..
Got up this morning, feeling too tired to lift, but still got a great arm workout! The more I did, the more I wanted! I think that's one of the effects of this cycle - it's got me beyond motivated to lift weights! Every week the intensity is higher and the weights are getting lighter!!

Final weight - 196

FINAL REVIEW!!

@delsolrob and the Iconic crew - I love you guys!! (No homo) - can I still say that??

This has to be probably one of the best recomps I've ever had!! The bottles are empty, but this run isn't over!!

As you can see by the weight, it really didn't change much.. I found a pic that I took probably about a week or 2 before I started this cycle. I'm posting that and a pic from this morning for a reference.
ZERO negative sides over these 30+ days!! Everything we look for was there - mood, strength, libido, and best of all, leaning out!
Sure, my skin got a little dry and irritated, but that was taken care of with some lotion. Lol, mybwife was always laughing at me with the td's, followed by the lotions. She called me big primpin!! Lmao!!
All lifts went up. Not a ton, but there was improvement across the board.
If I worked a regular 9-5 and had a little more consistency, I probably could have shaved a little more off the gut.. I sacrificed cardio for the weights.. I just lifted faster. Lol.
Honestly, I don't know what else to say. It was a great run! The pics speak for themselves.
If you're looking for a great recomp combo, this is definitely it!!

i ran 2 bottles also, for me 4th and 5th weeks were where i saw best results but results continued thru the 8th week just not quite as significant.

again, i want to congratulate you on really nice progress-whetitgo!!!!

Nice. The bulk of what you will see is as T said in weeks 5-6. I usually get the best results then as well.

Never had a crawfish 🦞 omelette. Sounds very good.

Agreed with this! Nice before and after. Obliques definitely more cut in the after pic as well!

It's actually crawfish and shrimp! Margaritaville in Pensacola. Best breakfast around!
one of the many perks i had when living in PI was the abundance of fresh seafood.
