I purchased this product hoping for a cheaper version of Lean Mass Complex. Though it is cheaper and does taste pretty good, it doesn't taste as good as LMC. Overall it; mixes well, is a little thick (which I like), has a good taste, fills you up, and is very cost effective ($1.67 per serving) I would recommend this product, especially if you're looking to save some money.
Note: After I wrote this I found LMC at DPS for $1.65 per serving. So much for saving money right.

Carbohydrate blend (oat flour and barley flour), protein blend (whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, egg albumen, sodium caseinate, and whey protein isolate), cocoa, l-glutamine, gum acacia, natural and artificial flavors, vitamin and mineral blend (dicalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, electrolytic iron, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, d-calcium pantothenate, manganese sulfate, retinyl palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, chromium chloride, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, and carrageenan), silica, salt and sucralose.
Directions: Add 3 level scoops with 10-16 oz of cold water (according to preferred thickness and flavor) using a shaker or spoon 2-3 times daily.
