I love it, try to chill it in the fridge before drinking. It's much better when its ice cold imo.
I'll be adding mine shortly ! My consideration to do another H-drol run has been dropped. I've done great naturally for too long to fall off the wagon now.

Hey RR, how would one do this stuff on non-workout days?
I would like to point out I may be moving to a 3day workout split.
I'd stil be doing cardio 6days a week and on non-lifting days I'd do the golden finish post-cardio
Just not sure about sunday? 1st thing in the morning probably?
I've thought about this. I'm not setting any specific dosing requirements. If you want to use it everyday and do a ~20 day log, that will yield the best gains. If you only use it post workout, that's fine too; just make sure your protein is high the other days.
I use it post workout, and I work out 4 days per week. Sometimes I'll end up doing off days as well, to decrease recovery time.

How long have you been training: 2 Years Completely Dedicated. I have now decided that I want to compete, so the plan is keep bulking, but keep it lean. Not sure if I am setting a date on competition, but next September is a goal.
Current Training Schedule: Hola Bola's 12 Day rotation. Perfect for me, as all I do is work, eat, and lift.
1. Biceps/Triceps/Abs = Overhead DB Extensions, Supinating DB Curls, Rope Cable Pressdowns, Low Cable Curls, Wrist Curls/Ab Work
2. Quads/Calves = Squats, Lunges (light), Hack Squats, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises
3. Back = Weighted Hammer Grip Pullups (heavy), Yates Rows (light), Shrugs, Wide Grip Iso-Pulldown, One Arm Iso-Low Rows
4. Off Day
5. Chest/Shoulders = DB Shoulder Press, Weighted Dips (heavy), Side and Rear Lateral Raises, Flat DB Bench
6. Traps/Legs/Calves = Deadlifts, Squats (light), Hack Squats, Shrugs, Calf Raises
7. Biceps/Triceps/Abs = DB Hammer Curls, Close Grip Barbell Bench, EZ Bar Spider Curls, V-Bar Cable Pressdowns, Wrist Curls/Ab Work
8. Off Day
9. Back = Yates Rows (heavy), Weighted Hammer Grip Pullups (light), Shrugs, Wide Grip Chins, Seated Close Grip Machine/Cable Rows
10. Hamstrings/Calves = SLDL's, Lunges (heavy), Calf Raises, Weighted Hypers
11. Chest/Shoulders = Incline DB, Weighted Dips (light), Side and Rear Lateral Raises, Chest Flys, Machine Shoulder Press (light)
Cardio Schedule: Very little, but every monday I spin (Yes) and I play basketball a couple times a week.
Current Diet: 3600 Calories a day, with about a 45/35/20 Split.
