Due to an injury and herniated discs I was taken out of the game for a short time. Unfortunately I was unable to get any relief from taking time off. I decided to rehab myself. With a good understanding of my own ability, body and having rehab in the past. I'm back at it, reduced a little.

Supplements (some were supplied by 619sss) so shout out to him
Vitamin c 1000mg 3 x daily
egcg 500mg 3 x daily
Epicathein 500 mg 2 x daily
garlic 500mg 3 x daily
anavite
flexible 4 daily
probiotics
SNS reduce xt 3 x daily
X gels workout days
BA 2 g daily
L-carnitine 2 g daily

Thank you everyone. I'll be building on some of this as things drop off and adding in others. My goal date is 2/25 for a 17# drop in weight

Shoulders today. Did my best to use some real weights, but still have to keep it low. Macros was low with 816 calories left for the day.

Slow is fine, but slow AND steady is the key, and you're obviously doing well with that. Itll come with time, and luckily for you, you don't have a time "limit". Ease in like you are, and at some point youll start seeing numbers move. Youre doing great

Arm day. Used more weight than I should have. Icy hot is my savior on most days during workouts.

I'm back again. The injury has taken me out longer than I thought. I put on some bad weight since less active. I'm back and should be able to go full steam.

Chose to switch the ARA for some PA as my discs are still somewhat of an issue and want to build back up. Last workout was pretty good.

Switched out the ARA for some PA till my neck heals more. The added inflammation is slowing down the works.
