I just found this on another site. Even if you don't think the Gracies are worth anything, you have to see Helio training. At 91 yeras he was doing some rolling with Royler and the host of the show. I know it's not hard core but it was damn impressive.
 
He's an amazing individual. I know alot of guys in the MMA/BJJ world like to tear the Gracies and Helio down but he's a stud in my book.
