Anyone ever really tried this stuff? I saw a few posts here and there on the net about it but nothing concrete... It's Creatine-Glycerol-Phosphate, from Metabolic Nutrition. Any infos?

I havent seen it here... but a physician(not a vendor since there is no supplement store around) at my gym swears by it. So Im trying to get informed before wasting money into products that wont work.
