Cee loading question

CEE- has anyone loaded CEE- it says on the instructions its not needed to load,as its said here but since its an ester it reasons that it COULD be benefical. The instructions say only to take 2-3 grams a day but i was wondering id CEEloading does anything more than just maintance dose?

I just got my first batch of CEE from nutraplanet. Its the Creatine Ethly Esther HCL
