Hey guys, well the title explains my question, but let's say i consider... Half a pack a month "casual smoking" so about 10 ciggarretes a month, would this effect MAINTENANCE of the body i've built? I'm aware of the adverse health effects, but my question is if it will directly effect my muscle mass, i'm not trying to GAIN muscle, just trying to maintain
