capsule filler

What should I fill my capsules with, other than the 25mg of winny? I was thinking milk thistle powder but thats too expensive....I can always protein or whatever, but I'd like something that will actually be usefull.

I think I remember someone saying that baking soda works good.. but I am not totally sure on that one.. but I would think that something that is a fine grained powder and very similiar to texture as your winny would be good to use.. just make sure you mix it throughly..

I used to use riboflavin powder (Vit B2) back in the eighties when I was doing a lot of capping. The reason is it is a nice bright golden color which allows you to see when you have evenly mixed in you white powder.

I wouldn't use baking soda. It is a highly alkaline substance and will f_ck up your pH level and beleive me you don't want that.

This might sound odd, but does anyone know where I can get bulk colored sugar? Like fun-dip, but not actually fun dip.
